No. Mrafad is a technical intermediary providing the digital contract, escrow payment and a dispute mechanism within the limits of the held amount. The contract is between you and the other party.

No. Accounts are for licensed companies only — Hajj and Umrah companies, campaigns, offices, mutawwifs and service providers.

No. One account carries both capacities, and you move between them with a switch at the top of your dashboard.

Create one request describing the service, quantities, dates and city. It reaches every matching provider, and their offers arrive in one place for you to compare.

Yes. An offer binds the provider throughout its validity period, and the contract is formed when you accept it inside the platform. A request, by contrast, is an invitation to contract and does not bind you.

Browsing, sending requests and receiving offers are free. A commission is charged on contracts concluded through the platform and deducted when the amount is released.

After you confirm the service was delivered, or automatically three days after the delivery proof is uploaded if you raise no objection. The provider may also cash out early at a tiered discount.

Open a dispute within the objection period and attach your evidence. The amount is frozen, the other party is given 72 hours to respond, and a written decision then orders release, refund or a split.

Register your company and upload a valid licence for every field you offer, together with your commercial register. Once the account is approved you can submit offers and list your services.

On performance alone: reply speed, offer acceptance rate, ratings and punctuality. Visibility is never sold or boosted for payment.

You can publish your listing on Haraj from inside Mrafad, and include Haraj results in your search. These are external listings tagged with their source: no verification, no escrow and no dispute resolution — safe contracting happens inside Mrafad.

No. Results are ranked on performance alone, and no amount paid to Mrafad enters the calculation.

From "Communication preferences" in your account, through the unsubscribe link in the message, or by replying "STOP" to an SMS. It takes effect within 24 hours, and operational messages continue.
