Provider Agreement

Additional terms applying to every company that lists its services on Mrafad

1. Eligibility and licences

The provider must hold a valid licence for every field it advertises in, and must update it as soon as it is renewed or expires. Visibility is suspended automatically when a licence expires, until it is updated.

2. Accuracy of what is advertised

Advertised prices, capacity and specifications are the provider's responsibility alone. Any listing proven to differ from reality is removed, and the account is suspended on repetition.

3. Commitment to offers

A submitted offer is binding throughout its validity period; it may not be withdrawn after acceptance, and its price or terms may not be amended except by written agreement inside the platform.

4. Delivery and proof

The provider undertakes to deliver the service on time and to upload delivery proof for each stage. Delay in uploading proof delays the release of its dues.

5. Commission and settlements

The platform's commission is deducted on release and an electronic invoice is issued for it. Dues are paid to the verified bank account held in the company's own name, not another's.

6. Early payout

The provider may request its dues before they fall due at a published tiered discount. This is optional and affects neither its ranking nor its visibility.

7. Ranking and visibility

A provider's ranking is calculated from its performance alone: reply speed, offer acceptance rate, client ratings and punctuality. Visibility is neither sold nor raised for payment.

8. Contact outside the platform

Directing clients to contract or pay outside the platform, on requests that arrived through it, is prohibited and constitutes a breach warranting suspension of the account.

9. Publishing on external platforms

If the provider chooses to publish its listing on an external platform through Mrafad's publishing tool, it is responsible for the content complying with that platform's terms, and dealings arising there remain outside Mrafad's escrow.

10. Terminating this agreement

Either party may end the relationship by written notice, provided that existing contracts are delivered and held amounts settled before termination.
